Page their details are emailed direct to you for you to
followup.
If you are familiar with autoresponders and have an account
with GetResponse.com, Trafficwave or Awebber.com you can
have the Leads forwarded to your account there - enter
your campaign (List) details on the sign-up form.

you need to make changes to your GroceriesForFree.biz
website, after you have created it - e.g.
change your phone number or email address,
change to a different template, or upload
a new picture - look at the bottom left corner
of your website and click on the "members" link.
